PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required to secure booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund, cancellations later than this will only receive a refund if we can refill the dates (minus a £100 administration fee).
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date will not be refunded.
Booking protection is available to give full cover for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, via third party insurer XCover. Available at checkout.
Full guest information will be sent a few days before check-in.
